Refund policy

At Potsak, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following terms:

1. Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Handling Fee: A handling fee of R150 will be deducted from your refund.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
